Ncell8 2000 injection is used for the stabilisation of masonry cavity walls by strongly adhering the inner and outer leaves together and as such is a convenient and cost effective alternative to metal cavity tie replacement. Cavity Foam INSULATION

Ncell8 2000 Injection is injected as a liquid through properly spaced holes drilled in the outer leaf, once injected the Foam system expands in the cavity and sets to form a rigid polyurethane foam which bonds the inner and outer leaves together. As the strength of The Foam cavity systems is significant, the system has been widely used for the restoration of the integrity of cavity walls where the wall ties have become ineffective due to corrosion. Added to the structural stability of the foam is excellent thermal insulation, the insulation values achieved by Ncell 8 2000 cavity systems, even in narrow-width cavities, can often meet and exceed current Building Regulations.

For wall insulation injected polyurethane foam can be used in the cavity for a superior performing insulation which also helps to bond the inner and outer leaves providing strength to the building.
